COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION

In taking your application for credit:

1. We (N.M. Paterson & Sons Limited - Hereinafter Paterson) may collect credit and other financially-related information about you ("Information") from you, from credit bureaux and other financial institutions, and from references you have provided us;

2. We will use the information as follows:

   1. We will give it to credit bureaux and other financial institutions and, with your consent, to other parties.

   2. We will use it to determine your financial situation.

Each of the INDIVIDUALS and/or the BUSINESS and it's OWNER(S)/PARTNER(S) (The Customer(s)):

1. certifies the information provided in this Application is accurate and complete and acknowledges you will be relying on such information;

2. agrees to sign a credit application which will provide, among other things;

   1. that the Customer(s) will be jointly and severely liable with the Business and among themselves to Paterson for the reimbursement of the credit upon approval by Paterson and the Customer(s) will grant;

   • a security interest in all of the Customer's present and after-acquired property, both real and personal, and all proceeds derived from any dealing with such property or proceeds; and

   • a purchase-money security interest in all of the Customer's crops and livestock and all Products purchased by or on behalf of the Customer on credit from Paterson.
